This policy explains what the CERF Mobile Car Care app collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Account: your name, phone number and password. The password is handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see or store it.
• Car: car type and car name you enter.
• Addresses: saved addresses, district and the map pin you choose.
• Location: only while the app is open and only if you allow it, to check that you are inside our service area and to fill in your address. We do not track you in the background.
• Bookings: service, date, time, price, promo code, payment choice (cash or card machine on arrival) and booking status.
• Loyalty: your wash stamps and free washes.

We do not take card payments in the app, and we do not collect card details.

Why we use it

• To create your account and log you in.
• To take your booking and send our team to the right place at the right time.
• To contact you about your booking (call or WhatsApp).
• To give you loyalty rewards and in-app notifications, and a reminder the evening before your booking. Reminders are set on your phone only.
• To see how the business is doing (for example, busiest areas and number of washes).

We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps or websites.

Who can see it

• CERF staff see your name, phone, address and booking so they can do the wash.
• Google Firebase stores the app's data. The database is in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
• Cloudflare runs the service that handles password resets and account deletion.
• OpenStreetMap shows the map and turns your map pin into an address. It receives the map area and pin location, and your device's internet address.

We share data with authorities only if the law requires it.

Delete your account

In the app: Profile → Delete Account. This deletes your profile, login, saved addresses and notifications, and cancels your upcoming bookings. Past bookings are kept for our business records, but your name, phone, car details, address and map pin are removed from them. You can also ask us by email.

Your choices

• Turn off location access any time in your phone settings. You can still type your address.
• Turn off notifications any time in your phone settings.
• Email us to see, correct or delete your data.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Database rules let each customer see only their own data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
